Dear Family, Partners and Friends,
I hope this finds all doing well. I just returned from two of my favorite Central American countries, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Working in partnership with my friend and missionary Dan Salas, we have been connecting with and providing Jovenbytes material to television broadcasters in the region for the past 18 months. We began broadcasting on Enlace this past December, as well as on Channel 21 in Nicaragua in late 2011. The response we have received has been exciting and unexpected. We were informed that our show, which airs on the Enlace youth network, is one of the most popular and commented-on programs on the network. They are also considering airing the program on a number of different affiliates, which will give us an even greater outreach into South and Central America. We were also able to provide the “Sea of Trees” and “Samurai” suicide shows in Spanish, which will begin airing next month. God has opened many doors of opportunity during the past two weeks; it is overwhelming to see what God will do as we step out in faith and obedience.
Praying for a young girl who was struggling with embracing her call; God’s grace overwhelmed her!
I met two of the youngest ISOM students at a graduation service in Limone, Costa Rica; these two are on fire for Jesus!
I will be leaving for South Africa at the end of the month. For the past year we have been preparing to launch our “Converge” meetings in Cape Town. We have been working together with Joy magazine, which not only has given me a monthly article since March, but has faithfully promoted the upcoming events and Youthbytes in their monthly publications. In March of this year I was able to meet with one of the country’s largest book distributors. After some back and forth communications they committed to distribute Youthbytes in their bookstores around Africa starting next month. This is another avenue by which we can reach and disciple a generation in South Africa. The conclusion of these events will have us completing over 150 meetings in the past 12 months, establishing our methods and outreaches as a proven strategy to touch communities while empowering the leaders with much-needed tools to disciple the harvest
It is always time well spent when I get to minister with my friend & missionary extraordinaire, Dan Salas.

We began airing Jovenbytes, Youthbytes in Spanish, on Enlace Juvenil in December of last year. The response we have received from them has been exciting. They will now begin airing our program on the main station all throughout Central and South America.
Alonso Perez of Enlace Juvenil was thrilled to receive more Spanish Jovenbytes - what a great partnership!
